Camp Harmony ♥

*SONE DESCRIBES HER MOTHER AS "POETIC AND YET SO PRACTICAL." STATE ONE EXAMPLE FROM THE TEXT THAT ILLUSTRATES EACH QUALITY.*

When they get to the camp, the mother seems to be happy and delighted when she sees the dandelions. She even thinks of building a garden there. Sone also says, "After all, she has to have some inspiration to write poems, you know, with all the 'nari keri's'." (517) When Sone is trying to make a poem by herself, her brother also says that his mom can do ten times better. That proves that the mother has this passion for poetry for a long time and her family all knows about it, and that's why she's such a poetic woman.

However, she can still be really practical. For example, she finds out that the latrine is near the apartment where they live in when she is wandering with her husband to find out what other people are doing. She is really happy about it because "her face lit up in an ecstatic, 'We're in luck. The latrine is right nearby. We won't have to walk blocks'."(517) She says a obvious and true fact but still with some humor. She knows what is convenient for her family to do their daily lives' routines. What a great mom! ♥

Your answer is very long but you captured all the information about the mother being poetic and practical. And you had seperate them into two different paragraphs with complete structure, very good. :d
